INTERNATIONAL MAP POLICY

2023 aFe POWER MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

Introduction:

• • All resellers must be an approved aFe POWER Authorized Dealer and are subject to our MAP (minimum advertised price) policy which is 5% above USA MAP pricing.
  • This applies to all resellers of aFe POWER products even if the reseller does not purchase directly from aFe POWER.
  • Additionally, resellers engaged in selling aFe POWER products who require use of aFe POWER intellectual property or copyrighted material such as product data and images for use in advertising will require an Intellectual Property and Copyright Information Authorization for Trade and Ecommerce from aFe which is subject to MAP compliance.
  • We will actively enforce resellers adhere to MAP pricing

Violations:

Please report policy violations through email to MAPenforcement@aFepower.com.

1. Violators will be notified of the violation and will be given 5 business days to correct.
2. Failure to correct results will result in a mandatory 6 month suspension, addition to our “Do Not Sell” list and the authorization to use aFe POWER intellectual property will be withdrawn. Accounts of chronic violations will be suspended or closed indefinitely. Any forthcoming copyright violations will be subject to statutory damages under federal law.
3. aFe POWER wholesale distributors who sell to resellers on the “Do Not Sell” list risk discount loss and/or account suspension.
